Getting Started
Creating Your Account
- Click "Sign Up" in the top navigation

Adding Your Business
To list your business on Qocial:
- Click "Add Business" in the navigation
- Complete the business information form
- Upload required images (avatar and cover photo)
- Pay the Rs. 200 listing fee via Razorpay
- Your business will be live on the platform

Managing Your Business Profile
- Access your business management page from your dashboard
- Update business information, hours, and services
- Add or remove photos and images
- Respond to customer reviews
- Monitor your business analytics
Business Categories and Tags
Choose appropriate categories and add relevant tags to help customers find your business:
- Select primary and sub-categories that best describe your business
- Add search tags for specific services or features
- Include facilities and amenities you offer
- Use descriptive keywords in your business description
Reviews and Ratings
Leaving Reviews
- Visit any business profile page
- Click "Write a Review"
- Rate the business (1-5 stars)
- Write a detailed review of your experience
- Submit your review (it will be publicly visible)
Responding to Reviews
As a business owner, you can respond to customer reviews:
- Access your business management dashboard
- View all reviews for your business
- Click "Respond" on any review
- Write a professional response
- Your response will be visible to all users
