- Content promoting or facilitating child sexual abuse or exploitation
- Links to or references to CSAM or CSAE-related content
- Any conduct that could facilitate harm to minors
4. Enforcement Measures
Qocial takes the following measures to prevent and address CSAE:
- Architecture: Peer-to-peer design with no data stored on our servers—family data remains private between connected relatives and is never shared with any other person
- User Reporting: In-app and web-based reporting mechanisms for users to flag content or conduct
- Account Action: Immediate suspension or permanent termination of accounts that violate these standards
- Content Removal: Prompt removal of any content that violates these standards
- Law Enforcement: Cooperation with law enforcement and regulatory authorities, including reporting to appropriate agencies when required by law
- NCMEC: Reporting of CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or equivalent authorities when applicable
