Standards Against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

This section sets forth Qocial's externally published standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), as required by Google Play for apps in the social and dating categories. This document is globally accessible and relevant to Qocial's functionality as a peer-to-peer private Family Social Network with Family Tree features. No data is stored on our servers—families connect privately to each other, and their data is never shared with any other person. Only family members and relatives can connect and communicate with each other.

1. Definitions

• CSAE (Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation): Any conduct involving child sexual abuse, including grooming, sextortion, trafficking, or any sexual exploitation of minors.
• CSAM (Child Sexual Abuse Material): Any visual depiction of minors engaging in sexually explicit conduct.
• Child: Any person under the age of 18.

2. Zero Tolerance Policy

Qocial maintains a strict zero tolerance policy for:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
• Child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE)
• Grooming of minors
• Sextortion involving minors
• Child trafficking or trafficking of minors
• Any content or conduct that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors

3. Prohibited Content and Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on Qocial:

• Uploading, sharing, or distributing CSAM
• Content that sexualizes or exploits minors
• Attempts to groom, solicit, or exploit minors
• Content promoting or facilitating child sexual abuse or exploitation
• Links to or references to CSAM or CSAE-related content
• Any conduct that could facilitate harm to minors

4. Enforcement Measures

Qocial takes the following measures to prevent and address CSAE:

• Architecture: Peer-to-peer design with no data stored on our servers—family data remains private between connected relatives and is never shared with any other person
• User Reporting: In-app and web-based reporting mechanisms for users to flag content or conduct
• Account Action: Immediate suspension or permanent termination of accounts that violate these standards
• Content Removal: Prompt removal of any content that violates these standards
• Law Enforcement: Cooperation with law enforcement and regulatory authorities, including reporting to appropriate agencies when required by law
• NCMEC: Reporting of CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or equivalent authorities when applicable

5. Scope and Application

These standards apply to all Qocial content and functionality, including:

• Family tree and private family connection features
• Peer-to-peer communications between family members and relatives (no server storage)
• Private family network connections—data never shared with any other person
• Photos and messages shared privately within the family network
• Any other content exchanged between connected relatives

6. Reporting CSAE

If you encounter content or conduct that may constitute CSAE on Qocial, please report immediately:

We respond to all CSAE reports promptly and take appropriate action. In cases involving CSAM, we report to relevant authorities as required by law.

7. Legal Compliance

Qocial complies with applicable laws regarding child safety, including but not limited to laws addressing child sexual abuse material, exploitation, and endangerment. We cooperate fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities in all jurisdictions where we operate.

We may update these standards from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or industry best practices. The "Last updated" date at the top indicates when this document was last revised.
